When the requirements of specific projects or the business model of our telematics system integration partners go beyond Technoton’s standard product offering, we provide product customization—from factory pre-configuration of operating modes to minor design changes and device branding.
If a project requires functionality that isn’t available in the Technoton product line, we offer turnkey developement of a new custom device, leveraging our expertise in automotive electronics, CAN J1939, precision mechanics, and metrology.
Customization of Technoton standard products
This option is intended for telematics system integrators with specialized projects, as well as OEM manufacturers who need to integrate Technoton devices into their production lines and processes without changing core functionality.
Factory pre-configuration
- custom configuration of correction factors, calibration tables, operating-mode thresholds, and signal filtering;
- configuration of output signals and digital protocol messages (S6, S7, CAN J1939, Modbus, BLE);
Minor hardware modifications
- changes to connector types, cable lengths, and mounting options;
- housing adaptation to specific operating conditions;
Output message structure and format
- modification of transmitted digital messages, addition of new messages and events;
- changes to data output frequency;
- changes to address space for devices operating in S6 Technology or RS-485 networks.
Labeling and branding
- customer logo on the device housing and packaging;
- customization of service software and documentation.
Turnkey product development
With more than 25 years of experience in automotive electronics, metrology-grade measurement devices, and data standardization, Technoton offers end-to-end (“turnkey”) device development services.
