Warranty terms
Please, fill in the RMA application form and e-mail it to the selected Service Center prior to shipping the devices.
Return Merchandise Authorization (aka Certificate of Damage)
The warranty does not cover products where a defect or damage has arisen from failure to comply with the transportation, storage, installation, wiring, configuration, or operating conditions specified in the applicable product User Manual, as well as in the following cases:
- physical damage;
- compromised product integrity (seals/labels broken, signs of unauthorized opening);
- use of non-genuine spare parts or consumables, or servicing/repair/modification performed outside an authorized service center;
- electrical damage caused by out-of-spec power supply parameters and/or incorrect wiring;
- use of incompatible or incorrectly connected external devices or components;
- moisture or condensation ingress into the housing, including signs of oxidation/corrosion;
- contamination causing damage to the product (including sediment and mechanical fuel impurities), or ingress of foreign objects, liquids, or insects into the housing;
- exposure to temperatures or radiation outside the specified operating range;
- acts of nature, fire, accidents, flooding, or other force majeure events;
- configuration or reprogramming using third-party software, where this has resulted in a malfunction;
- for products with a GSM modem – SIM card failure or blocking, or carrier-side issues preventing the product from functioning as intended.
A product is considered serviceable if no defect is confirmed upon diagnostic inspection. The nature of any defect and its cause are determined through diagnostic testing and documented in the service center report.
