Technoton warranty terms
Please, fill in the RMA application form and e-mail it to the selected Service Center prior to shipping the devices.
Return Merchandise Authorization (aka Certificate of Damage)
The warranty does not apply to products with any of the following:
- Mechanical damage (including accidental damage) resulting from failure to follow the transportation, storage, and operating requirements specified in the Operation Manual for the relevant product.
- Broken or missing seals and/or damaged special labels.
- Damage resulting from the use of non-original spare parts, or from maintenance, repair, or modification performed by individuals or organizations not authorized by the manufacturer’s Service Center.
- Evidence of electrical and/or other damage caused by unacceptable deviations in the external power supply parameters.
- Damage caused by the use of incompatible or incorrectly connected additional devices, buses, interfaces, sensors, or adapters.
- Traces of oxidation on internal parts or other signs of moisture ingress into the device housing.
- Damage caused by ingress of foreign objects, corrosive liquids, or insects.
- Damage caused by exposure to high temperature or microwaves.
- Damage caused by household factors, natural disasters, fire, accidents, or other external events beyond the manufacturer’s control.
- Damage resulting from attempts to configure the hardware using third-party software.
- A GSM modem that does not perform its required functions due to a malfunctioning SIM card used in the device, or due to blocked/disabled services.
- Cases where the product is found to be fully operational (no malfunction confirmed by the Service Center).
